Meow, my loving Papa got me a lot of scratching posts so I won't destroy the sofas in the house! I knew it!!! For the humans out there who don't know why we scratch let me tell you the reasons!
1.) It's our innate behavior.
2.) To maintain the health of our nails by removing the dead outer layers of our nails by scratching it on a rough surface.
3.) To mark our territory of course!
4.) To release our frustrations when I couldn't catch Da Bird flying around in the house!
5.) Most obvious to stretch our muscles after our kitty naps! hehe ...

Talking about naps...time to sleep...talk to you all again tomorrow~

Food

Papa is thinking about getting a new brand of dry cat food for us. We are currently eating Natural Balance Ultra Premium Cat Food. It tastes great and I can't get enough of it! I am full of energy running around all day (when I am not taking a nap). He is thinking about getting Innova EVO but worries that it has too much protein for Baby .. you know she is quite old and worry her kidney might not stand those high level of protein.. well.. i don't know but EVO sounds cool for me to try! Solid Gold is also another brand papa wants to try as well as Wellness. I don't know.. I wonder if there are any kitties out there might want to share their views with me.... so I can give my papa a heads up!

Mama was complaining that I am not showing enough love towards her. She said I am not giving her head buds anymore. Well, she is full of my scent already, there is no need for me to scent tag her anymore. Maybe tonight when she comes home, I will scent tag her again!
